I don’t have many artists from Italy, so recently finding a new one has been exciting.

The band is from Piedmonte Italy. (That explains the picture of the more well-known Piedmont beef cattle (I hope) eating an Italian Ice as our cover photo today.) They are called THROW DOWN BONES 🇮🇹

Ironically, the music of this outfit (that commenced in 2015) can be described as Krautrock. That they are on the highly regarded FUZZ CLUB label almost guaranteed me I would like them.

To start and give you a proper double scoop Italian Ice on this happy Friday (ask me why in person), I offer you “Our Home, the Holy Mountain” from their eponymous debut on Fuzz Club in 2015.

That will be followed by a new song from their new release “4EP” out today! It is titled “Honesty/ Truth/ Reality.
