THE SISTERS OF MERCY 🇬🇧 are named after a LEONARD COHEN 🇨🇦 song.

Their debut LP “First And Last And Always” is not only a Goth masterwork, it is on if my all- time favourite LPs.

And so it was that I could not resist the 2026 Record Store Day version. They had me with the black ice vinyl and Japanese alternate versions of four tracks. Had to have it.

So what to do for this post?

I was able to find a YouTube copy of “No Time To Cry” (no video). So here goes. For those who know this track, you will note the longer intro.
