You may recall that HANNAH knit me one from WATERLOO RECORDS in Austin, TX. for Christmas. I took it on a visit with daughter Meghan in January.
With my visit to Rough Trade Waterloo on June 5, I have now visited 7 of their stores.
I have had so many great experiences at Rough Trade. From in store gigs by artists like Pumarosa, and, just last year, KAE TEMPEST…
I only need to visit the stores in Nottingham and Berlin to complete the circuit- short of further expansion by the group.
For today’s song it is fitting that I present a track from LOCKS who has curated much music for me.
She works at ROUGH TRADE EAST and fronts her self-titled outfit. She tells me they are working on new material too!
