About 15 years ago, my youngest son Hayden (then 9) and myself (then a bunch older) made a pact. We decided that we were going to attend a Major League Baseball game in every park.
At the time we set that Quixote- like scheme we were sitting at an in Phoenix, Arizona at a Diamondbacks game. Hayden had been to Detroit and Toronto to that point.
We got held up somewhat on our quest by the pandemic. However, this week we visited Truist Park in Atlanta and saw the Braves humiliate my Cubs 5-2- giving up just 1 hit.

27 Parks.
Just 3 to go.
Ironically, it was a bit of a personal milestone for me as I have now seen at least 1 home game for all 30 teams. I have been to games at the 3 remaining parks, just not with Hayden.
Here is a joyous song from a favoured outfit in my collection to celebrate our dedication to this plan.
HAPPY MONDAYS are from Manchester. They are one of only 2 Factory Records to make the label money- until they didn’t and actually bankrupted the label.
“Wrote For Luck” might be my favourite Monday’s song. It is so danceable it fits today’s mini celebration.
Here is the “Think About The Future Mix” because that is what we have been doing for some time!
Here is the full version by VINCE CLARKE on Spotify to let you dance a little longer.
