It’s Friday. First week back to reality. The sky outside the world headquarters of our offices at gwilliamrexunderground365 is grey. Is it time to be melancholy?

For sure if it involves the song entitled ‘Melancholy Molly’ by SEABLITE from San Francisco, CA 🇺🇸.

This band is new to me thanks to our resident discographer WALLY (@wallytbm) from Ottawa, Ontario. Thanks for the introduction.

SEABLITE are self- described on BANDCAMP as a “four piece odd pop band.” I liken them to LUSH 🇬🇧 with the shimmering guitars, incessant drum beat and girl vocals.

Here is the video to this addictive song: it is taken from their 2nd LP (which I will start hunting down tomorrow) entitled “Lemon Lights” and was just released.
