Indeed. Had to happen when I looked at the calendar.

I have always been amused by the numerous differences between things Britain 🇬🇧 and things North American 🇺🇸 🇨🇦

Aside from the side of the steering wheels on vehicles, even something as simple as the numerical reference to dates is different. To me today is 7/62023 (July 7, 2023). To those in the UK it is 6/7/2023.

I have a band for that!

Formed in Nottingham 🇬🇧 in the early 90’s, SIX BY SEVEN developed a solid post punk through a number of LPs before imploding around 2008. Recent efforts at reformation have been somewhat inconsistent but the music always rewards.

I collected this band during their original run. My JOY DIVISION gene was the controlling factor in that respect.

The band name comes from research relates to the Hubble telescope that massively expanded our understanding of the size of the cosmos.

Anyway, here is ‘I O U Love’ from their 2002 LP entitled “The Way I Feel Today.” Enjoy this tune as it solely begins to control you over repeated listens. Trust me on that.
