Two contemplative songs from this brilliant 1984 LP by JULIAN COPE 🇬🇧.

This is a highly underrated gem of an LP. My favourite song on same is “Kolly Kibber’s Birthday” which I have featured before.

Cope is a cultural maven. He has written books on paganism, music and architecture (to name a few.)

He created this creature to wear in protests against the proposed UK “Poll Tax” in 1990, which was repealed a couple of years later.
