Today ‘s post combines two of my favourite things – words and music- and, if you will indulge me, a bit of fatherly pride.

Daughter Meghan works for Preservation Austin in Texas. She recently made a presentation in favour of obtaining a heritage designation for a home in East Austin.

In doing so, she was attributed the “Quote Of The Day” in an Austin Newspaper (as you see above.)

This melded perfectly for me with the release of an appropriate song by faves The KVB – a British duo.

Here is their new tune “Words”. It fits perfectly with this wonderful and proud moment. Way to go Megs!!
