Sublime Song Of My Year

There are any number of songs that could have claimed this title at different points in the year. However, in the end, this tune gave me the most thrills this year. I posted on it earlier in the year (Oct 16 to be precise.)

Then on Nov 26, I got to meet the band in Brighton UK.

The song is ‘Halo’ by TREASURES OF MEXICO from the LP “Burn The Jets” (Spinout Nuggets- 2023.)

I got to hear the song live with a shoutout from BETH no less! Here it is from that evening in November with the video taken by RAY COLLINS of COUNTRY MILE RECORDS…

I couldn’t get this track out of my head before that day and it more prominently lodged in my cranium now.
