KEN and VIRGINIA operate VINILO – a fantastic indie store in SOUTHAMPTON 🇬🇧

They are lovely people.

I got to visit there recently for the 2nd time and was thrilled to purchase several LPs in my long lists of “needs.”

They also operate a small vintage shop two doors down that sells vintage clothing, used records and other music ephemera.

When I left VINILO I had every intention to head back to catch up with Kimberly and Hannah.

But I couldn’t just pass by VINILO VINTAGE. I had to go in. I was rewarded.

On a rack of t-shirts I found the canvas bag (pictured above) decked out for the indie band SQUID and their debut LP “Bright Green Field.”

I sort of debated and then grabbed it and went to the cashier. When I handed him the bag to pay, he reached back and pulled a copy of the debut 12” single by SQUID.

That was a no-brainer. Gotta have it!

So thanks to VINOLO!

This is a great song for you to listen to and I am thrilled to now have this gem in my collection.
