It is also broke.
This declaration of municipal bankruptcy has occurred despite Birmingham currently being the the scene of significant construction and other economic development activity?
[Ed. Note- This appears so different from when Detroit, Michigan went under. There was little or no economic activity going on.]
How did this occur? Can’t answer that because we only source the music sometimes arising from various geo-political situations.
