Let me introduce you to Christian Savill. You might not have ever heard of him. You almost certainly never heard music from his first band.

SAVILL was one of the founding members of SLOWDIVE.

What does this have to do with Sarah Records you ask?

Well, before joining this outfit, SAVILL was in the band “ Eternal.”

Their entire recording career comprised a single 4 track EP on the SARAH LABEL. 12 minutes and 12 seconds of music. That was their output. Anything but “eternal.”

However, one of those songs is entitled ‘Sleep.’ It is anything but.

Once he joined SLOWDIVE, SAVILL brought this song along. The band have never released it, but often play it live. I am hoping to hear the song tonight.
