Originally from Wirral, Merseyside, 🇬🇧 ORCHESTRAL MANOEUVRES IN THE DARK (Not OMD please) have been making highly regarded electronic music on (and occasionally off) for over 45 years Although the band has not been intact throughout that time, there has been no “30 and out” for Andy McCluskey and Paul Humphries, the two main principles/ songwriters of this legendary and popular (at least by indie standards) outfit.

They are releasing their newest LP in late October.

To get you moving on this Tuesday Moanin’ here is the title track and lead single of the album “Bauhaus Staircase.” A promising return after a 6 year absence, if I dare say. Enjoy the intriguing video please, but not at the expense of your work…
