Originally a solo vehicle for charismatic vocalist singer DANA MARGOLIN, is now a 4- piece and remains so today. One of the best indie outfits at present, some label their music as “Sadcore”. I find it quirky and exhilarating, full of the idiosyncrasies of life.

By way of background, I selected their song ‘Back on To The Radio’ off the “Waterslide” LP as my 2022 single of the year!

[Ed. Note- It didn’t hurt that after purchasing the LP at ROUGH TRADE EAST in May of 2022, rex visited the ROUGH TRADE WEST store (after he spent the requisite time strolling the nearby PORTOBELLO MARKET with Kimberly the next day. That day, the tiny original store was extremely busy, The clerk had “Back To The Radio” playing on SPOTIFY and was too busy to change it. This left rex 7 or 8 blissful listens to fall in love with the song.]
