No, no, no … This a post about summer gig at the world recognized RED ROCKS PARKS AND AMPHITHEATER venue southwest of Denver, Colorado!

Group members Yerve and Hagop are the proprietors of The DOTTE here in Wïndsor. Aside from owning this great spot that features upscale street food and craft cocktails, these brothers like to travel to see better-known indie artists. [Ed. Last weekend they traveled with their two other brothers to Colorado to see NYC indie legends THE STROKES play RED ROCKS.

They fulfilled their promise to me by sending a couple of pictures and selecting today’s song. They said the sound was brilliant. The car park, however, is situated in Utah…

The song they selected is the 2004 single ‘Modern Girls & Old Fashioned Men.’

The song was originally recorded with REGINA SPEKTOR (SONG 327). On this night, WEYES BLOOD opened the show and performed the female vocals during the set. YERVE tells me you can see her in the picture below and I believe him.
