When SLOWDIVE split like a log attacked by a professional lumberjack, there were some interesting aural outcomes.

One of the SLOWDIVE splinter outfits was a group with roots in both USA 🇺🇸 and UK 🇬🇧.

MONSTER MOVIE recorded with a musical chair of members. Most notable over the years were former SLOWDIVE member CHRISTIAN SAVILL and American SEAN HEWSON. The name of the band was based on an LP by German 🇩🇪 outfit CAN.

While SAVILL wad gone by 3017 due miraculous reformation of SLOWDIVE, MONSTER MOVIE released this gem entitled “Keep The Voices Silent”.

I was able to recently locate this limited edition, numbered “hand-poured” vinyl.

I love the LP and have selected ‘Shouldn’t stray Far From Shadows’ as en example to demonstrate how great this dream pop outfit!
